Holiday Closures

Our factory will close for the holidays on December 20th and re-open on January 6th.

Please review your order lead times using our price calculator or contact us directly for an estimated ship date. Kindly note that production timelines may be extended during this period.

Shipping Policy

1. General Shipping Information

- Once an order has been placed and paid for, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and destination.
- Shipping methods may change at our discretion based on service availability.
- Premium Blanks is not responsible for courier delays, lost, or stolen packages.

Packages are shipped via Courier Guy, or local couriers as appropriate. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

2. Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

- Shipping costs are calculated based on the volumetric weight of your order at checkout.
- Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days after dispatch.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has left our facility, Premium Blanks cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items. Ensure your shipping address is accurate.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package:

- Wait a few days, as couriers sometimes mark deliveries early.
- If it still does not arrive, file a claim directly with the courier.

5. Damaged or Opened Packages

If your package arrives damaged or opened:

- Take a photo of the damage before inspecting the contents.
- Submit a claim with the courier immediately.
- Contact us at info@premiumblanks.co.za within 24 hours of receiving the package, and include supporting photos.

7. Undelivered Packages

If a package is deemed undeliverable and returned to us:

- You will need to pay an additional shipping fee for the package to be re-shipped.
- Alternatively, a refund will be issued minus shipping and handling costs.
