Sample Orders

You may return your Premium Blanks sample orders within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund, minus the original shipping costs.

All refunds will be processed within 10 working days after the returned items arrive at our facility.

Conditions for Returns:

- Items must be returned in the original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Shipping costs applied to the original order are non-refundable.
- Returns made after the 14-day allowance or not meeting the above conditions will be refused.
- Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Custom Orders

All custom order sales are final
. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.

At Premium Blanks, we prioritise quality by performing multiple in-line quality checks throughout production and before dispatch. If a production error occurs on our end, we will address it promptly.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order is defective, incorrect, or damaged, please:

- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@premiumblanks.co.za.
- Follow the instructions below to submit your claim.

Required for Claims:

- Individual photos of each damaged item.
- A group photo showing all damaged items together.
- Items must be new, unworn, unprinted, and returned with original barcodes and tags intact.

Important Notes:

- Approved claims will be valid for store credit equivalent to the value of the returned items. Store credit is issued as a digital gift card that does not expire.
- Damage caused by third-party operators (e.g., print shops) will not be accepted. Printing or altering items voids all claims.
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order:

- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- We will conduct a thorough investigation to validate your claim, including weight verification and warehouse checks.

Mis-Shipped Items

If you receive an incorrect item:

1. Contact us within 3 days at info@premiumblanks.co.za.
2. Return the mis-shipped item along with the original invoice.

Return Conditions:

- Approved claims will be valid for store credit or an exchange.

We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service and sharing the tracking number with our support team via info@premiumblanks.co.za.

Processing Time

- Please allow 3–5 business days for us to respond with further instructions after you submit your claim.
- Approved refunds and store credits will be processed within 10 working days of receiving the returned goods.
- Note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays.
