  • SCREEN PRINTING OFFERS STRONGER COLOURS, LONGER-LASTING PRINTS, AND THE ABILITY TO USE SPECIALITY INKS (LIKE PUFF, METALLIC, OR DISCHARGE) THAT DIGITAL PRINTING CAN’T ACHIEVE.

  • WE RECOMMEND VECTOR FILES (AI, EPS, PDF) OR HIGH-RESOLUTION PNGS WITH A TRANSPARENT BACKGROUND. THIS ENSURES SHARP LINES AND ACCURATE COLOUR.

  • NO. SEND US YOUR ARTWORK AS IS. OUR TEAM WILL HANDLE THE SEPARATIONS AND PREPARE THE SCREENS FOR YOU.

  • YES, WE OFFER PANTONE COLOUR MATCHING TO KEEP YOUR BRAND IDENTITY CONSISTENT.

  • WE OFFER PLASTISOL, WATER-BASED, AND DISCHARGE INKS, AS WELL AS SPECIALITY FINISHES LIKE PUFF OR METALLIC.

  • YES, OUR MINIMUM IS USUALLY 20 PIECES, BUT WE CAN SOMETIMES ACCOMMODATE SMALLER RUNS.

  • COSTS ARE BASED ON THE NUMBER OF COLOURS, PRINT LOCATIONS, AND QUANTITY OF GARMENTS. MORE UNITS GENERALLY MEAN A LOWER COST PER PIECE.

  • YES, WE CAN PROVIDE A SAMPLE OR STRIKE-OFF FOR APPROVAL BEFORE THE BULK RUN.

  • TURNAROUND IS USUALLY 7–14 WORKING DAYS FROM ARTWORK APPROVAL, DEPENDING ON ORDER SIZE AND COMPLEXITY.
